Never made it to the parking garage. Got this near 24th Street.  Temp was 70 degrees and the dew point was 69 degrees.  Relative humidity was 98 percent according to the Weather Underground.

We definitely had the place surrounded. Sorry I missed you Anna and Scott. BTW, there was a short period of vapor  ;)

Fantastic images  Matt, Scott and Jeff......

Here is my try at shooting aircraft after dark.   :)

Terrific panning Anna. For a short period of time after sunset, the light reflecting off the clouds was so wonderful it even made an Airbus look nice  ;D

BTW, this is the true color. I white balanced it in LR to make sure. It was just a great end of the day.

Thanks Jeff....

The colors over South Mountain were wonderful this evening.

Caught a bit of a vapor trail with the British Airways flight just before touch down.

Anna, your night shot turned out quite well especially considering the minuscule light you had to work with.

Agreed.  The 70D handles low-light pretty well as long as the shooter does their part, which Anna appears to have done in spades.

Thank you gentlemen....

A tad bit fuzzy for focus, but I will take it considering how dark it was.  The camera was having a hard time acquiring focus.  The white Frontier paint with big black letters helped with focus for that particular stab at panning at insanely low shutter speeds.    :D

Went for the vapor and was blown away by the sunset colors. Like Messrs. Youmans said, "Might be a while before we have another day like today".
