The Legend of the Guardian of the Line
The Greek God "Linus" comes from the Greek name Λινος (Linos) meaning "leg."
In Greek legend, he was the son of the God Apollo who was accidentally killed when he stepped over the white line.

Thanks!  The shot was taken just off of 24 St.  The fence that filled the bottom of the frame has been cropped out.

I enjoyed a brisk morning with Dave S., Joe, Matt, and Jack trying to catch a few of the holiday heavies. This DHL 767 arrived shortly before sunrise and the light was very nice with subtle tones of pink and orange.
