Outstanding shots, Dave.  That first one is awesome and really shows off the engine and the mount.

Well, once we are all done salivating and ready for a drink, maybe we can arrange a Saturday morning with you out along the PHX fenceline.

The Legend of the Guardian of the Line
The Greek God "Linus" comes from the Greek name Λινος (Linos) meaning "leg."
In Greek legend, he was the son of the God Apollo who was accidentally killed when he stepped over the white line.

Light looks like it's best there in the evenings.  Morning would be all backlit n'stuff.

That's a very good point, and mornings the traffic is usually going the other way.  I was just thinking it was cooler in the morning.

What I would love to catch is the Honeywell 757 departing to the east from the east economy lot - you get everything there - the "fun" side would also be the sunlit side.

I've been wanting to catch one of Capital's 727 for a while now.

Waiting for the BA 747 yesterday afternoon, and it was a bit windy.  More of a crosswind actually.  Looks like the passengers on the United flight had a bit of an exciting touchdown.
