The Legend of the Guardian of the Line
The Greek God "Linus" comes from the Greek name Λινος (Linos) meaning "leg."
In Greek legend, he was the son of the God Apollo who was accidentally killed when he stepped over the white line.

Very well-done, Rob.  Was that all with a flashlight?

Love the sky in that KC-97 shot, Matt.

Excellent work guys...

First half of 2012 seems to be marked more by what I've missed than made.   :'(

Hope the second half lets me participate more.  Kudos to Joe for bringing this one to fruition.

METAL BY MOONLIGHT

This was my last shot of the night.  Not quite the one I was going for, and this was kind of a test to see what kind of exposure I could get with just the moonlight and the glow from the armory to the west (seen reflected on the forward fuselage), so it came out darker than the shots I had added light to.  Still, I kind of like how it came out, but I'm definitely looking forward to round two.
