My first time at Coolidge for the breakfast fly in. We departed DVT and overflew SDL, FFZ, IWA and then landed at P08 on 05 like everyone else. I think we landed around 8:20. You all got some amazing shots. I hope with practice I will get up there with you all as well. I went out after breakfast and walking around taking pics of the planes that were already there and stood out by the runway and took a few pics myself.

Started playing the low shutter speed game... (Coolidge Feb 2013 of course)
Quick question...Does parallax effect get worse the lower the shutter speed?

Those look great for 1/60. I have a hard time getting enough good pics at 1/125 or 1/160. I was at 1/160 and 1/200 for the most part yesterday.

Yes, parallax gets worse the slower you shoot and the more perpendicular you are.

The absolute worst-case would be 45 to 45 with the shutter open the whole way.  Motorsports guys will do this on purpose while keeping their centroid on the driver's helmet.  Pretty funky effect as all four corners of the car advance and recede while the driver remains a nice sharp focal point.
