Thanks for the push, Jeff.  Some subtle changes, but they make a world of difference.

I miss shooting out at Coolidge before they put those power lines up.  :'(

My first attempt at an airplane panoramic shot made from several images. The results were not stellar, as I forgot to set the camera to full manual exposure, plus I wasn't using a tripod, but at least I know what to do and what not to do.

In restrospect, I should have tried to do this at PASM, but I didn't think about it.

Beware: the full size image is over 14000 pixels wide (~63MP), don't try to use your iPhone to open it.

The Legend of the Guardian of the Line
The Greek God "Linus" comes from the Greek name Λινος (Linos) meaning "leg."
In Greek legend, he was the son of the God Apollo who was accidentally killed when he stepped over the white line.

A few pseudo-military paint jobs from the fly-in today. About 70 aircraft showed up. No unusual aircraft though.

I have no idea what time you were there, but did you get any pictures of Seminole 3117A?  That was the bird I was flying today

No. I left about 10:00 when almost all of the aircraft that had come in had left. You must have arrived later. Maybe somebody stayed later and got something. There weren't very many photogs there today though.

Nice shots. 70 doesn't seem too bad for the October fly-in, last year it wasn't that great.
