Looks pretty legit! Hopefully the hangar looked a little better in 42!

Hoping it will return to its former glory once the rehab is done...

I'd love to do a shoot like this (eying a similar treatment) from scratch with total control.

As we saw during the night shoot with IAR's Herks, that hangar lights up amazingly at sunset.

Feed Your Wild Side.....

Jeff Boerboon and John Klatt took Sasquatch out of hiding today.  John flew his MXS and Jeff flew the Jet Waco in the aerobatic box this morning.  The Jet Waco is a seriously cool aircraft.  Big, red, double winger that makes a lot of smoke and noise.

Great set of shots Anna, the jet powered Bi-wing is outstanding.

Beautiful shots Anna! Outstanding images! Strip Tease and the smoking bi-plane are my favorites.

Let me add my voice to Harvey's and Steve's; excellent work Anna. We're you wielding the new Tamron 150-600mm for any of these images?

Thank you Jeff....  It was a productive day.

Battle axe of choice for the images above was my EF200mm f/2.8L II with the 1.4x extender.  Had an 0.6-4X ND filter mounted as well.   My goal was to shoot at slow shutter speed.  Set the shutter speed at 1/160 and left it there for the day.  Got lots of exercise zooming with my feet.   ;D

Tried some shots early with the Tamron at the 1/160 shutter speed.  Quickly realized my panning skills are not up to the task for that low a shutter speed with that lens.

Here is my one acceptable image with the Tamron 150-600mm before I switched out glass.

Thanks for the follow-up info Anna. While zooms are terrifically versatile, to my eye, there is something special about a prime lens  ;)
