Boeing test operation at Coolidge? Anybody know what the white thing on the right is?

Me and Rudy poked around that area and we think it's some sort of radar or antenna testing. The white truck had what looked like an aircraft antenna mounted to the roof (nice symmetrical airfoil shape) and the generator was running. And there was a guy monitoring the test from the black truck.
