Just as impressive as the B757, this RAf Chinook HC2 makes a steep dive at the 2009 RIAT, too bad the weather had turned against us.

BOOTS ON THE GROUND

Very cool. I love seeing these type of action shots. I sometimes get so caught up in the aircraft, I forget they have a purpose.

Thanks Steve.  I used to be the same way, and then during a NEO/HADR evolution during WTI, I decided to try shooting Marines in the foreground with helos in the background and I really liked the results.  That said, I still don't get enough people shots.

Very nice shot Steve, I like the dust cloud and it's not obscuring the 47.

Very nice captures of the CH-47s Anna, these guys usually don't like their pictures taken. I had first hand experience with these guys in their little birds.

Thank you Harvey!

Great shots Anna!

Thanks Harvey and Steve.....

Willie is not the best place to stop for gas if one is camera shy.  The park was busy yesterday with people enjoying all the activity on the ramp.   :)

Very nice shot Chris, great light. I always fine 47s to be a bit of a challenge to shoot because of the dark color. Nice work.
