I hope this is the correct place to post this item.

I'm humbled that ISAP chose a couple of my images from our February trip to El Centro as the front and back cover images for the March 2012 issue of ISnAP. You can follow this link to see this particular issue if you are so inclinded. This same issue also has a "Meet the Member" article about yours truly.

I've enjoyed this past year as I've dipped my toes into aviation photography. Any attention I've garnered is a direct result of the mentoring I've received as a member of AzAP. Thanks to all that have taken the time to help me keep from falling off my ladder  ;D

Congrats Jeff,

Front and back cover, and a feature article inside.   Awesome.
Those are both great shots.

Congrats Jeff. Great shots and a great story. I like the way you blame this all on Jay.  ;D

Thanks for the kind words gentlemen. While Jay has had a significant role in my addiction to aviation photography, I would be remiss to not also blame Joe, Ned, Matt, Bill Oz, Jack, Yokozuna O'Rear, etc. You see, the list is long and the names are well known.

Thank You for not leaving me with all the responsibility...I was beginning to feel like Dr. Frankenstein!   :o

I predict you'll be standing at the podium at a future Symposium long before I will.

I definitely appreciate the AzAP plugs throughout the article, and I found it totally appropriate that the only names you mentioned were those of AzAP members who are also ISAP members.
"I'm sorry sir, you can't take photos of that aircraft."

"If you've seen my work, you'd know I really can't take photos of any aircraft."

Congrats Jay. You know how much I like shooting the backend of aircraft - love the angle on this one.

Thanks Jeff...

I wasn't quite sure how Kim would make this particular shot work, but I think it laid out pretty well.

I guess that's why he publishes and I just shoot.

This photo of a Titan IV-B launching a National Reconnaissance office satellite on May 22, 1999 will appear in Air Force Magazine.  It was assembled from five time exposures made with two cameras to capture the launch from ignition to burn out.  it spans about 180 degrees.
