Bill Word: The O-2 supporting WTI is a highly modified Cessna 337 configured to operate as a Predator UAV surrogate for the U.S. Navy. Google "CIRPAS Pelican" for all the details.

Found a couple of photographs of the same variant here. It's apparently called the O2-A Pelican Check Ned's post above. Would love to know more about the modifications made, especially the engine.
