"You don't become a professional simply by earning certificates, adding ratings, or getting a paycheck for flying. Rather, professionalism is a mindset. It comes from having the attitude, the ethics, and the discipline to do the right thing — every time, all the time, regardless of who's watching."

I don't see me in any of those AZCentral shots...

It's the photo of the people on the Cutter balcony.

The Legend of the Guardian of the Line
The Greek God "Linus" comes from the Greek name Λινος (Linos) meaning "leg."
In Greek legend, he was the son of the God Apollo who was accidentally killed when he stepped over the white line.

I thought of getting a step stool like those but after seeing how high it gets you I may want to consider something a bit taller

FYI Matt - you and your backpack made the cover of the "Valley & State" section of today's AZ Republic.

Do they really let you put the ladders that close to the fence?

Jay Beckman

At Willie, in the Gazebo area, yes...

^^^What Jay said.  But it's pretty much exclusive to the gazebo area.  Grabbing the barbed wire like Barry and Ned are is probably not a good idea, but the few times anyone on the other side of the fence has said anything about it, it was only a "Hey, don't grab the fence" thing, not any order to move ladders back or whatever.  Other areas of the airport have "No objects within six feet of the fence" signs though, so it's not universal at the airport.
