Actually, if there's a hat it's Jay. I forgot mine in the truck. Besides, the heat and distance make me look much larger that Jay. OK, heat and distance have nothing to do with it.  ;D

Jay stalking the Delta 757, Chris H. working Delta's backside and Joe applying sunscreen. Dave kicked my camera so I deleted all images of him.  ;)  (Actually you kept moving and I never got a shot of you).

I think it's Tucson, KTUS
"You don't become a professional simply by earning certificates, adding ratings, or getting a paycheck for flying. Rather, professionalism is a mindset. It comes from having the attitude, the ethics, and the discipline to do the right thing — every time, all the time, regardless of who's watching."

I figured that but i didnt know you could get this close. Is this a normal practice or was there a hook up? I see that they were taken today.

Paul Dumm

Big time Hook-up??   It happens and good job to them. I would say "right place-right time".

I was able to get a handful of guys out on the runway today.  We had a great time and I'm going through over 1000 images as I type this.  Hopefully this can happen more often.

Vegetation will never grow on the spot I was standing when I realized the tanked 60s were headed back behind the fence never to be seen again that day.....  >:(

And big props to Chris for dogging the PAO until he relented. With any luck we made a good impression and can work in another one.
