That P-51 correction is really nice.  Excellent work.  The mirroring does open up more than a 90 degree spread on the top and bottom set of prop blades, and therefore less than 90 deg. on the left and right pairing, but had you not mentioned you "tweeked" the image, I likely would not have been looking close enough to notice.  Looks good.

I also like what you did with the B-25 and Zero, except that now the Zero is in perfect firing position.  He should have fired by now.

Here is a revised version incorporating Jay's comments. For me, white balancing this image was a booger and I'm not 100% happy yet. All the various blue, yellow, red, etc lights with cool shadows and warm highlights creates more WB fun than this old boy usually enjoys. More C&C always welcome.

Very nice recovery Chris. The gradient transition for both color and exposure is a matter of personal taste. I like what you've done and think it looks terrific.

Over in the Airports -> Sky Harbor thread, you'll find one I called "Burning Down The House"

But before I could burn it down, I had to "build it up"

Obviously it's been cropped to a portrait orientation and had much pixel massaging done, but what had me scratching my head in the transformation, was the fact that in cropping and straightening, I lost the top of the tower.
So, I popped over to the next frame, made a selection of the upper third of the tower (including some extra sky) and dropped it over the top of the work in progress.  A little content aware fill added the missing sky and Robert Is Your Dad's Brother!
Basically, everything north of the tower windows came from the "donor" frame.

Important Lessons:
1) Shooting in manual exposure keeps things consistent from frame to frame which was important because I only had to copy/paste the same image adjustments in LR before sending the "tower donor" to Photoshop
2) Don't change focal lengths between frames without a good reason.  Now I was shooting with a prime so that wasn't an issue, but had I had a zoom and changed my focal length between shots, I would have had a much harder time getting my patch of tower to fit cleanly.

Nothing ground-breaking, but I just cloned out more hardware from a shot than I think I ever have in the past and thought I'd share.  The lesson here is actually "location, location, location," as I knew the hill was the wrong spot for a shot of this departure, since I knew he'd rotate further down the runway and ramp at the FBO was packed with jets.  The dirt lot down near Embraer would have been much better, especially since it's a Sunday.

Excellent work. I'd appreciate it if you could share what tools in LR or PS you used to accomplish this great job of cloning. The new tools in both LR and PS are excellent; however, knowing what tool works best in certain situations would be helpful.
