ID Help Please

I need some help identifying this biplane from Coolidge last weekend. I think it is based there; however, I never got an image with the N number. Thanks in advance.

Jeff, It's a Waco RNF made in 1930 N # is NC110Y

Technically, it's N110Y, but the FAA allows older aircraft to carry the old two-letter registration (NC, NL, NR, or NX depending on class) in certain circumstances.
