Thanks Joe...

Is that Twin Beech an AZ Wing resident?  Don't remember seeing it before.

Yup.  They keep her hangared at Falcon, but it doesn't get out much.  The "Gathering of Legends" a few months back was the first time most of us saw it in the air.

1. Canadian-registered C414 departing last Friday.
2. 'the hell?  Thought this might be spray gear, but it looks like a bunch of tiny little lights.  Any ideas?
3. Photo Fanny caught in a rare sun break on Tuesday.

A signboard (like the side of the blimps)?

Lights look too sparse and small, and I'd imagine the pilot would have to fly at some funky attitude in order for the message to be seen by those not directly below it.

Perhaps some type of optical calibration system for some ground-based thingamajiggy?

Lone River Rattlers Hornet arriving at Willie shortly after two others from VFA-25 departed.  Once again, Willie delivers the goods under crappy shooting conditions.

The 25th FTS "Shooters" stopped through for some gas today.  Been a while since I've caught T-38s at Willie.

Even got a minor wing dip from one of 'em.

Stopped by IWA before going home to Tucson and caught the sunrise just right.

As a side note, I saw that Cessna today with the weird undercarriage as I was getting back on campus around 4:30. Took off and headed south in the pattern, then I lost sight as I was driving at the time  ;)
