Just did a quick search online and didn't find any HUS/H-34s in the hi-viz USCG markings.  Did find a few HO4/H-19s in that livery and some black-and-white shots of USCG H-34s in what appears to be gray or silverish paint, but none that fall in line with what you're looking for.  If there were any assigned to San Francisco, Bill Larkins might have shot them back in the day, but I'd imagine his shots would be black and white.

Mind-blowing engineering to make all that work, and work with any passing semblance of reliability...!

Definitely a "spotter" type of photograph, but I never could catch this bad-boy in the air - poor timing on my end. I still wanted a photo as it is the best looking law enforcement helo I've ever seen. Was working out of Willie at the first of the year. While I can't be certain, I believe the pilot and crew were learning their new bird. Joe said they'd go on the east side of 12L/30R and practice repelling and rescue recovery. I'm sure the AZ weather was much more accommodating for their practice sessions than they would have experienced during January in Flathead County, Montana  ;)
