Helicopters, Inc., which leases helicopters to many of the TV news organizations nation-wide has recently set up a base in the industrial complex just northwest of DVT. That complex has hangars and a taxiway that crosses a road and enters the airport through a gate (although that doesn't affect the helicopters). Two or three local news copters are based there. On the radio, they say they are going to or from "Heli Inc."

These are all of the Phoenix PD aircraft that I have seen and photographed. The newest of these is 357, which is a little over a year old. I spend a lot of time at Deer Valley Airport, which is their base. If there is a new A119, they aren't flying it much, as I haven't seen it. Maybe they're replacing the 109.
