787 test bird lands with smoke in cabin

Subsequent reports make it sound quite serious.  Had they been at high cruise altitude, they may not have had enough time to get on the ground.

In other news, I didn't realize they are rolling production 787s off the assembly line already but have no place to put them nor do they have engines for them.  Can't imagine having airframes just knocking around with concrete blocks in place of engines and the mounts open to the elements is a good thing is it?
