Marsh Aviation Exec Indicted for Illegal Sales to Venezuela

Not sure if there's any meat on these bones, but it looks like Floyd Stilwell at Marsh Aviation has been indicted for selling T-76 engines to Venezuela for their aging OV-10 fleet without State Department approval.  Be interesting to see if this goes anywhere:

Oh, it definitely goes somewhere.  This is exactly the reason the USAF and USN would much rather scrap and destroy aircraft and aircraft components rather than release them for any kind of civilian use--flight, mueums, etc.  Marsh Aviation may squeak through, but the incident will be remembered and the military will become even more cautious.
