Right?  Remember you've got two nominations to use per month, so if you see a shot you think is worthy of being a POTM, go ahead and nominate it.

Congrats Jay on a terrific image. A well deserving winner. It was cool to be with you when you gored this ox.

Be of good cheer Matt. Your Dreamliner image is one of the best from the training flights to PHX. You just needed it contrasted against a full moon. Either that, or change your brand of cologne  ;)  ;D

I wasn't trying to come off as a sourpuss, I am very happy for Jay and his photo.  I know how long he has been working to get an image like this one, and I am extremely happy that he has finally achieved his lofty goal.

I do appreciate your kind comments about this month's POTM runner-up.

Congratulations Jay....     :)

As Jeff can attest, I was a very happy camper that evening...

Thank You to AzAP for validating my quest!  From now on, I can place that particular juxtaposition back in the "happy accident" file and quit wearing out The Photographers Ephemeris!

By the way...

This may have been the strongest set of images ever put up for POTM.

The way in which our collective bar continues to rise should be a point of pride for everyone associated with AzAP!
