Canon Price Drops on L Lenses

Anna, thank you very much for this heads up. I ordered a new 300mm 2.8 the other day and it will be shipped tomorrow so I'm hoping it will ship at the new price. It is $700 less that last week. I checked Canons site and they have already incorporated the new prices on line. Thanks again.

Hopefully you can cancel your existing order if it has not shipped yet.  I would look into that if you haven't already.

I have been using my new Canon 300mm f/2.8 II for over a month now and love that lens. It is superb with both of the new Series III telextenders.

Tempe camera says I'll receive the new price when it comes in, hope that's true, I haven't done a lot of business with them.

I am confident that Tempe camera will honor the new pricing from Canon.  Especially since they do not have it in stock.

Good luck with the new lens.  The 300mm is a killer lens.
