'New' aircraft for the Forest Service

The USFS is getting seven C-130Hs from the USCG and 15 C-23B Sherpas from the Army. Something new for the bucket list.

The Forest Service was originally going to get 14 C-27s, but the Coast Guard wanted those, so the deal for the C-130s was made instead and those will be going to the CG.
