To all,

We put a good amount of effort into establishing these Terms of Service (ToS).  What got the ball really rolling on this was feedback from you guys about concerns you had with your rights and some lack of respect of those rights by those viewing the images.

We received some good (and a variety) of input on what and how people felt about their images.  We attempted to craft of set of ToS that set some good ground rules, but also provided enough flexibility options for those who may wish to exercise them.

Please take some time to read through the (somewhat) lengthy document.  For 'Users' of the forum (as defined in the ToS), you have some options that you may want to review/look into.  Overall, we tried to keep it short and to the point but address the previously mentioned concerns at the same time.  In the end, we feel that we've struck a reasonable balance for all concerned.

Please take away two things:
1) We (as in the forum's Users) are what make this forum.  It depends on our collective input to help improve it and to help keep it the best %&^* aviation photography forum on the internet!  So please continue to provide us with feedback.  Without it, we don't really know what you guys are thinking.  That feedback can take the form of an email, PM or a phone call.

2) Remember that this is the internet.  As much as we'd like to control what people do with the images we post, we don't really have a way to control/limit what they do with the images.  We try our best, but there's a limit to what we can do.

Our Terms of Service has been updated today, here is what was added:

Users shall not:

• 4) make false/unsupported claims of sponsorship by AzAP in an effort to obtain interior access or media credentials to any facility or entity.  Only authorized AzAP representatives shall correspond with official personnel, with regards to obtaining interior access or media credentials, on behalf of AzAP.  If you don't know, then you're not an authorized AzAP representative;

Moderators and Administrators

• 6) Violations of any items within these Terms of Service are grounds for, at the sole discretion of the site's Administrators, suspension and or deletion of the violator's account.
