Reno air races need a million dollars

They're trying to raise another million over the million they already have raised to pay insurance costs. I read somewhere else that their insurance bill went from three hundred thousand last year to two million this year. The city gave them a permit on condition of providing a certain level of insurance that I can't recall right now.
