JFK spent $100 million in 2009 for a high-tech perimeter security system, yet this guy not only climbed over the fence without detection, he crossed two runways and walked into the terminal. This while soaking wet and wearing a yellow life vest.

I guess they need to post signs saying "Don't climb over this fence."
