Sweet.  I was under the impression that the evac site was going to be ASU, but this makes it sound like it will be downtown.  Most likely burn centers involved are Maricopa Medical Center (24th and Roosevelt) and St. Luke's (I-10 and Van Buren).  Trying to get more information on the evac site and if the perimeter will be accessible for photographers.
