The cover photo on the Dec 20th issue of Aviation Week shows a BAe 146 air tanker dropping a load of water during development testing in Montana. The aircraft is operated by Neptune Aviation/Tronsjet. This is the first new platform to enter the aerial firefighting world in many years.
