How do you add the link back to Flickr, Photobucket, etc when I post a photo from one of these sites? I notice (now that I have read the newly posted "Terms of Service") that quite a few members have a green ball referring back to Flickr. I need help.
thanks,

Hi Bill,

The new layout on Flickr has you grabbing the HTML code from the main photo page, whereas the old layout had you copying it from the "view other sizes" pages.  I've included two images below showing where to find this.  If you copy and paste the HTML code into one of the HTML to BBCode converters then paste the converted code into a forum post, the image will link back to Flickr if someone clicks on it, which complies with Flickr's TOS.

I'm just testing this out as well - I'm copying the HTML code from the image and pasting it into this message using the "insert hyperlink" icon (third from the left in the row just above the smiley faces: <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/24526864@N03/4839861216/" title="Airbus A300 N740FD, FedEx Express by joe_stremph, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4127/4839861216_85d5f3b863.jpg" width="500" height="333" alt="Airbus A300 N740FD, FedEx Express" /></a>

Alright.  That did not work.  So go with the first option of copying the HTML code and pasting it into one of the HTML to BBCode converters, then post the converted code into the forum post.  (Two can be found linked in this post: http://azaerophoto.com/forum/index.php?topic=8.0)

Make sense?  Let me know if it doesn't.  Anyone else feel free to add to this or correct anything I may have gotten wrong.

All the best,

Joe

What is the little green circle next the view profile, Email and send personal message icons? Does it give the location the posted photo came from?
