This little helicopter that was at Cactus had an accident 10 days later. From the FAA database:

ROTORCRAFT; ROTORWAY INTERNATIONAL EXPERIMENTAL A600 TALON; AIRCRAFT LANDING; REPORT OF JOLT WHILE IN CRUISE FLIGHT; AUTO-ROTATION; NOSED FORWARD AND CAME TO REST ON SIDE; CHANDLER, AZ

No injuries were reported.

There is an article on Pacific Flyer's web site about the 2011 event.

http://www.pacificflyer.com/2011/04/cactus-fly-in-draws-warbirds/

He seems to think the highlight of the show was a plane that wasn't even there for the fly-in, the Privateer. Check his last paragraph.

In our view, the most noteworthy airframe present at the 2011 Edition of the Cactus Fly-In was Consolidated-Vultee PBY-5A "Privateer" (PF, March '11), the  Navy version of the famous B-24 owned by Hans Lauridsen. Based at Casa Grande, the only flyable example of the type did not, unfortunately, fly during the week-end, but, still, was its highlight.

PBY-5A? owned by Hans Lauridsen?
