David, is this A-26 being restored?  The bare metal seems odd.  All the Vietnam versions that I knew of carried the standared lizard camo.

The airport staff said that its been sitting in the same spot for about 4 years, so I dont think so.

That A-26 has been through a whole bunch of registrations.

It's been at Las Cruces since 2002.
