Software Recovery/Undelete for Macs

The good news: I copied all my photos to my 'backup' drive, so I am in good shape there.

The bad news: I made a 'little' blunder and deleted my lightroom catalog file.  While not catastrophic, it sure would save me a boat load of time if I were able to recover that file from my hard drive.

So, before I download all of my photos from my trip to Fallon (which I'm chomping at the bit to do), and thereby possibly overwriting my deleted catalog file, does anyone have a suggestion for a recover/undelete program for Macs?
