Tower Guy

Nice shot Chris, I called the tower about 45 mins before his arrival time, they were landing runway 3. So I was at the wrong end, again.

When I left home they were using 3 so I headed that way. Then I listened to the ATIS and changed destinations.

Was nice to see the Transall for the last time. Was also my first time seeing one fly so that was cool.

The transal arriving into Goodyear. Peep Jonathans shot above since he got it in way nicer light. Although i was still happy to see it for the first (and last) time on its last ever mission  before headed back home for retirement.

Awesome!  Would have loved to have shot a Transall one more time.
