Last weekend we had a visit of 2 C-17S of the Qatar Emiri Air Force, they were here to pick up some horses. Here is the A7-MAM, which left first but returned to stand after the APU intake door malfunctioned. Thus giving me the opertunity to make a night shot.

Of all modern day aircraft, the C-17 Globemaster III is hands down one of my favorites.  Big, slow, and graceful.
