To break the monotony and boredom of the past few months, let's try playing a game.  The objective is to get a bunch of diverse images in this thread by posting an image of any aircraft you have a photo of with a name that (not a model number) that begins with the last letter of the name of the aircraft posted above it.  So if someone posts a shot of a Flying Fortress, the next image would have to be of an aircraft with a name that starts with S, like a Stearman or a Sabre or a Super Etendard or . . . you get the picture.  Nicknames work (i.e. Viper, Thunderbolt, Hun, etc), but numbers won't.

Getting the party started:

VIGILANTE

"I'm sorry sir, you can't take photos of that aircraft."

"If you've seen my work, you'd know I really can't take photos of any aircraft."

The Legend of the Guardian of the Line
The Greek God "Linus" comes from the Greek name Λινος (Linos) meaning "leg."
In Greek legend, he was the son of the God Apollo who was accidentally killed when he stepped over the white line.
