The Copperstate Fly-In is moving again. It is merging with the Buckeye Air Fair. The next time it will be held will February 8-10, 2019. I'm told by a very reliable source that admission will be free. Also that a featured performer will be the Yak 110 that was at Oshkosh this year. That is two Yak-55s put together with a jet engine added.

It had been moved from Falcon back to Casa Grande, right?  I was just about to send emails out to ask about runwayside shooting again next month.

That said, Buckeye is about the same distance from my house, and I can afford free.

I don't know what the plan was for this year. It's officially canceled anyway.

Joe,

What do you think the possibilities are for shooting closer to the runway at Copperstate/Buckeye Air Fair in February?

I need to get down there for this one of these days. Following this with extreme interest!
