Alright, it's time to start our second photo challenge.  Joe K. has been busy with work and a trip up to the recent Red Flag, so he has asked me to post this topic on his behalf.

The rules are simple:

1. This month's theme is Military Transients.  Photos submitted to this thread should be of any military transient aircraft (any military aircraft not at its home base).  ONLY PHOTOS TAKEN BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 1ST AND SEPTEMBER 30TH WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR CONSIDERATION.  Please keep this in mind.

2. One photo per member (you can change your photo as many times as you like until the deadline).

3. Photos should be uploaded directly to the "Photo Challenge" thread for the current contest.  (That would be this thread).

4. All photos must be submitted no later than 11:59pm AZ time on September 30th.  Voting will begin at 12:00am on October 1, 2009 and will end at 11:59pm on October 7, 2009. All times are Arizona time.  Photos posted after the deadline will be deleted from the thread and removed from consideration.  You can only vote for one photo and it cannot be your own.

5. The winning photographer will select the theme for the next assignment.  Keep in mind that assignments that are aircraft-specific or airport-specific may limit the ability of other members to participate.

6. Have Fun!

Do deployed/detached/TDY aircraft count, or do they have to be "just passin' through?"

Do touch-and-goes count?

are we talking about Gas-and -go or does over night stay count as well?
You don't concentrate on risks. You concentrate on results. No risk is too great to prevent the necessary job from getting done.

Read rule #1 boys.  Any Military aircraft not at its' home base.  That's pretty easy for the Williams-Gateway shooters.  Everything military.  Though just to give everyone a sporting chance, you might select only those that are not regulars to Willie, like the Yuma and Miramar squadrons.
