E-2Ds - Along the lines of Jay's F-4 shot posted earlier today. Not a likely scenario but what the heck.  Photos was tilted slightly counterclockwise to make the Hawkeyes look like they were diving and the lower part of the sky darkened to create a hazy distant ocean horizon.  Airliner just happened to be in the shot.
