Just a little something to get the ball rolling.

I've been hoping one day to get a head-on of the Privateer on take-off from Kaspar Grande. Until then, I got a couple of nice images of it on final into Willie this afternoon.

Thanks Joe.

Hey, were you the guy on your belly shooting with a Nikon and at least a 200-400mm? I think I saw you (based on the Blackhawk shot). I was dragging my 6 year old daughter around with me (who held up great btw =)).

Ha!  Yup, I was on my belly a few times that afternoon, but shooting with a Canon body/Sigma 150-500.

Good to hear your daughter weathered it fairly well.  I took my then-2.5-year-old daughter last year.  She held out long enough for me to get some satisfying shots of the F-104 taxiing in, but melted down shortly after that.  She stayed home this time around.   ;D
