There is a guy at work here, he was there and they decided to stay at the casino on Friday and gamble instead of going to the time trails. Their seats where 20ft from the impact point. So you could say luck was most definitely with them.

The NTSB always releases a preliminary report that simply states the what, when, where and who.  The why comes later when they release their official findings.

I admit I was a bit shocked to find aircraft I've personally flown are in their database as having incidents significant enough to warrant the NTSBs attention.
