"I'm sorry sir, you can't take photos of that aircraft."

"If you've seen my work, you'd know I really can't take photos of any aircraft."

How the hell do you not at least ticket the driver on the spot?

Criminal charges can come later but clearly this was not driving within control...

They should take away that guy's access card. I don't think you're supposed to loan them out.

"You don't become a professional simply by earning certificates, adding ratings, or getting a paycheck for flying. Rather, professionalism is a mindset. It comes from having the attitude, the ethics, and the discipline to do the right thing — every time, all the time, regardless of who's watching."

Is the gated area a private area? Maybe that is why.

From the article.......
"Neither Passey, nor a passenger in the vehicle, Andrew Norman Smith, 22, of Mesa, was injured, police said."

Why to the dummies in life like this always escape uninjured, basically flipping Darwin the bird?  ???

As far as the comment about losing control in the article, yes, it was wreckless. At any time when a car spins out in a situation like this, it's clearly the fault of the operator. Loss of control happens with people do stupid things.

What a shame, all around.

Exactly.  No way they would have lost control had they been driving prudently.  Isn't the speed limit there something like 15 or 20mph?

Was a recipe for disaster, a guy that young driving a wanna-be Ferrari that his daddy probably bought for him as an incentive to go to a really nice school, must be a tough life

The article states that the car belonged to the driver's uncle.
