Canon Service--- NICE!

I've had similar experience before but thought I'd share my latest experience with Canon's Service Center in California.

My 70-200mm was sticking while focusing (sorry Joe) and my 100-400mm decided to test gravity while escaping my van one day. Mailed both to Canon on Friday, they arrived Monday and were estimated/fixed/shipped by Tuesday morning, arrived on my door Wednesday morning. I have the Canon Silver CPS membership (free) and received the promised 20% discount, no charge for the focus assembly x2 and circuit board replaced.

Love these guys.
