Just watched the latest COAP editing workshop. Learned lots of good things, once again. (Creating your own light source with a radial gradient = mind blown!).

Decided to use what I learned and combined that with a motion blur edit in Photoshop (Shot at 1/400 that day, so no motion blur, oops...). Did some dodging and burning on the bottom part of the fuselage to bring out the white underside of the plane, and increase the saturation on the top. Linear gradient on top and bottom to tone down the sun.

Thank you... Yes, would be great to see you at a PASM night shoot.  It has been cool to see the growth of everyone's skills and techniques shooting out at PASM after dark.

Finally got a good shot of the Hind at this past WTI...!

The Hind is such a great subject.  Would love to be able to do a night shoot with it.

Shot with a SIRUI Venus 75mm T2.9 1.6x Full-Frame Anamorphic lens on a Canon EOS R body.
29 images shot, 18 images selectively blended in Photoshop.  Light source YN360 Light Stick. The 75mm lens gave me nice compression and being an Anamorphic lens I was able to get the wide aspect ratio for big portion of helicopter row.  I have been pondering this image setup for a number of years with an Anamorphic lens.  Finally gave it a go this year.
