When did you all go down to Tucson and where did you park for these shots.  I'm going down next week on business, but maybe I take a break and take a few photos.  Your last photo is spectacular.  The clarity of your Sigma lense is amazing.

Joe, Did you notice the Flickr notice where your image was?  This Photograph is Currently Not Available.  I was getting that yesterday when I attempted to post a few images from my Flickr site.  I reported my problem to Flickr, but it got pushed up the technical chain shortly thereafter.  I think Flickr may be exeriencing some growth problems with their server farm.

Thanks Joe.  I can't tell you how surprised I was to see the MiG-27 at March AFB.  They have an amazing collection of MiGs.  The MiG-23 was also quite a surprise as well.  I had to ask permission to take the photos.  They were very nice about letting me shoot away.  I'll catch some of the other exotics the next time I visit.

The Sundowner Phantoms were awesome in their high viz colors...I miss that gray and white base color with colorful squadron markings.  Those were the days.  Somehow the fin flash doesn't seem to fit this Tiger, but the lizard camo is perfect as is the photograph.  I like the Marine version as well.  Both are awesome shots. 

The Miramar Air Show is excellent.  I've been fortunate enough to be a VIP guest in 2003.  The flight demonstrations were awesome and ground static displays were also excellent.  I plan on going.

Excellent guidance on posting photos.  I'm not sure any of mine meet the criteria yet, but I'm working on it.  I've printed out a copy of the guidance to put in my camera bag as a reminder when I'm out snapping away.  That shutter speed blur, and ISO graininess is proving to be an elusive blend.  Too fast everything is frozen like a model (good sometime...not so good most of the time).  Too slow and the subject becomes too distorted.  Too much/inappropriately high ISO settings and photos look like they've been shot through a snow storm.   

With regard to posting, if and when I have something worthy of posting on the forum, I would like to walk through the posting process with one of you the next time we're together.  I'll bring my laptop so that my visual brain connects with the very small piece of my abstract brain.
