Woops, originally put this in the wrong category so adding here where it fits.

Um, which finger is he saluting us with?
Hehehe...
I think he actually was doing a "Hook Em Horns" and we can only see the index finger. Don't think he was flipping us off...
Regardless of which finger, it's a great shot!
Thanks! ;D
ETA: I looked more closely at the original image and he's actually making the "pistol" sign with his left hand.

And my apologies on the quality on the T-34 shot. I really wanted to get a chance to shoot these guys up close, but that would have taken us away from the shack. I'll settle for my through-the-van-window shot.

Nice stuff everyone.
For those of you that haven't sent me stuff and are planning on it...if you could organize your photos by squadron, that would be exceptionally helpful. When I am sending stuff out it makes it easier to not have to wade through a bunch of photos. Getting copies of the photos to the squadron helps keep them supporting what we do.
Thanks again.

Or wishing for a handful of water balloons perhaps. :o

OK Guys, Very good pics posted.
I finally have some video uploaded onto the net at Vimeo, a high def video site.
This is just the first 13 minutes of the video. The next 11 minutes will be up in a few days or so. There are limitations to how much can be uploaded each week, and the 13 min vid pretty much maxes out my allocation for that site.
For web video, it's OK. It is a little jerky, but not too bad. The raw video is better, but will have to be on a DVD.
I have put the whole video on DVD, and will give them to whoever wants one, whenever I see you, at very nominal cost, just ask for one, and there's no tax on free. Played on a computer, it looks good, a little shaky at times, but that is mostly between the good action.
Anyways, have a look, don't cost nothing.
I'll Take one. Thanks Bill
Outstanding video Bill!
Here's a T-45 departing.
Ned and I will want one and we'll figure out a time/place to connect with you. Like we need another excuse for a PHX trip. :o

Nice shot Joe, precise timing, ;)
Cool how the red reflects off the wing and fuselage.
I also got one of the Camo bird winking.
I have uploaded the 2nd part of the video.
One interesting thing to watch for is when the aircraft passes by, either in a takeoff or landing, watch under the left side wing. You can see the visual effect created by the differing air density travel along the wing from inboard to outboard, and then "spilling" over the wingtip. The effect is similar to the heat you see coming out of the engine. On the small size you have to look pretty close, but view it on the Vimeo site, and it's more visible. It's visible on most of the passes, particularly later in the day. Sun angle may have a little to do with how well it shows up.
http://vimeo.com/8065241
I love the videos, Bill, thanks for sharing them!
Thanks Bill...super!!
