Ok so about a week ago my father in law says that he knows a guy that has a t-34 out at falcon, and that if I wanted to he would take me out next tuesday (today) to take some shots of it, so we went out there today, and I was talking to the pilot, and he looks at me and says "you ready" and I said "ready for what?", and he says "to go flying"; my jaw dropped, and I was like HECK YEAH!, so he took me flying back behind the mountains, and then he did a high speed fly by at Falcon, and it was one of the best times of my life. Bill got some shots of us landing and in the pass, but not sure if he is going to post any. so that it.

No aircraft to aircraft pictures, but I did post one of canyon lake that I took while we were up the, and I might post some more in time.

Very, Very Cool...  What a great experience!

I love that particular paint scheme.

I hereby propose that Dave's nickname be changed to "Mentor!"

Something to keep an eye out for when the fly-in season gets started again. Todd McCutchan is having his T-34 (N134FA) painted in this scheme. It represents the aircraft flown by one of the RAF Eagle squadrons in WWII that were manned by U.S. volunteers before the U.S. got into the war.

Gorgeous.  Todd's Mentor is already one of the best-looking ones out there.  Be a shame to not see that scheme anymore, but the replacement looks pretty great.

@Rob & Jay - Terrific Mentor images gentlemen. I enjoyed shooting from the back of one last year and you've both done a wonderful job of making them look great in the air.
