I have three full-page images plus a couple inserts in the newly released 2015 Golden Age Of Flight Calendar (http://www.amazon.com/Golden-Flight-Wall-2015-Calendar/dp/1612231284) through Gladstone Media.
Saw it today at Barnes & Noble!
The link is to Amazon where you can see the back as well as one of my shots as a preview.
Congrats to our SoCal friend Britt Dietz for snagging the cover.
Awesome Jay! Great to see this finally hitting shelves.
Very cool.... Congratulations Jay. :)
That's excellent Jay, congrats!
Terrific news Jay. A wonderful accomplishment.
I was pleased to have Bell Helicopter purchase the rights to two of my images for use in their 2015 corporate calendar. Certainly an unexpected and satisfying outcome. While the calendar will not be sold in Barnes & Noble, as is Jay's fine work, it will be distributed by Bell Helicopter to its customers, clients, and others with whom they have a business relationship.
They have promised to send me a handful of calendars and I will post an image here when I receive.
That's great news Jeff. I'm sure they have plenty of photogs on their books and they chose your images over anything else. Congrats!
Very nice Jeff, your not getting older, your getting better, I'm the one getting older. ;D Congrats my friend!

Thank you Steven and Harvey for the kind comments
Not sure how many shooters Bell is associated with Steven, but I unquestionably feel very blessed that they choose a couple of my images. Unfortunately Harvey, we are all getting older. I turn 59 tomorrow and feel more like 79 when I fall out of bed each morning. I just hope I can learn a few things along the way. I sure have learned a lot from the fine folks on AzAP ;D
Congrats guys!!
Congratulations Jeff..... And Happy Birthday!!!
WTG Jeff! ;D
Atta Boy!!
Chris, Anna, Jay and David - thanks much for your kind comments. Keeping my fingers crossed that they look good when printed.
Congratulations Jeff. That is great news.
Congrats Jay & Jeff, I always enjoy your photos now many more can enjoy them a month at a time

So, I get this email from this guy who says he wants to use a hummingbird photo of mine in his fund raising 2016 calendar for the "International Hummingbird Society." I was skeptical at first, but that initial contact has turned into a great friendship, a new circle or friends, and some awesome bird experiences in Sedona!!
It's funny though, I've shot rare and interesting hummingbirds all over the US, Roatan, Machu Picchu and Aguas Calientes - Peru, remote cloud forests of Ecuador, and which photo do they like? The one I shot as a test for my then brand new 1.4x extender in my backyard - while in my underwear! Sorry, TMI?
Anyway... It's an honor to have had my little bird chosen as "Mr. November" for 2016!! If you're interested in supporting this organization, seeing what they're about, or checking out the fund-raising calendar: http://www.hummingbirdsociety.org

Beautiful photo Mike, hope I can get some shots like that when my yard grows up more so I don't get the brick wall showing.
