Jay, this whole series is phenomenal. Next to the Pemberton stuff, this is probably my favorite batch of images you've produced.

+1 my brother.
Yup, simply beautiful!
Thanks! I can't stress enough how far Scott Slocum went to try and give me and Matt Booty the best possible opportunity to harvest quality photons. I'm just glad I was able to be there.

The IQ of your recent A2A work is off the charts Jay. I'm guessing your 1D4 has wrinkle marks from you squeezing every last pixel out of that bad boy. Your post processing skills are second to none young man. All I can say is EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!
Thanks very much Jeff.

"During the engagement in which Lieutenant Brown lost his life, he and his comrades fought the enemy with the odds six to one against them. As the battle progressed with the tide swinging in our favor, your son was killed instantly when his plane crashed head on in mid-air with a Japanese Zero".
I was so very happy this afternoon to receive an email from my Aunt Bonnie with this photo. This is my Uncle Sam with his P-40. He was part of the Flying Tigers and was KIA in China. The quote above is from the letter sent by General C.L. Chennault to the family in 1944. I hope someday to have the original photo in my hand so I can make a high resolution scan. Until then, I am absolutely thrilled to have this.
Jeff, you have every right to be very proud of your uncle. His is a patriot of the highest caliber, he gave his life for us and our country. Gob bless his soul!
