I wasn't expecting much from my 18-55mm kit lens, but it really delivered the goods on some of these shots from the LSO shack.

A couple VAQ-129 Growlers droppin in at El Centro Jan. 15, 2010
What a great couple hrs. These guys all did 4-6 touch and goes, before final stop.
