Older photo from my point-and-shoot days.  RA-5C and F9F-8P reflected in the side camera port of an RF-84F.

Matt
The mottled gray SLUFs just look better than their Lizard Skinned Brothers.  Thanks for posting this.  One of my close friends and retired Navy Rear Admiral flew the SLUF before he came over to the Dark Side to fly satellites with me.  He had some great stories about flying the Corsair IIs for carriers.  It had big shoes to fill when it replaced the Scooter.  Thanks again for posting this image on the forum.  It's great.

What?  No pictures of the B-36 on display?

Yep, the Fairey Gannet. It really makes me wonder if the shape and proportion of that airplane was really necessary to achieve what they wanted.  Definitely a face only a mother could love.

I am WAY jealous of those of you who got to go inside the B-36! Must've been like stepping back in time.

I need to go hit the museum again before it gets too hot.

Doug was telling me they're open later, which opens up a lot more options in terms of good lighting (light on the Swiss Hunter should be phenomenal in the evening, as well as the B-36).

Today at PASM they moved the P-51D from the restoration hangar to Hangar 4 for display. I will post more photos tomorrow after they install the gear doors, pitot tube, etc.

Double check before you go down.  From the material I have gotten from PASM about the evening hours - only the Hangers are open late - not the actual grounds.
